For retail pickup, you can cancel your order as long as you haven't picked up your medication at the pharmacy. For home delivery, you can cancel your order up until it begins processing. To cancel your order:
- Go to your online account.
- Select Your Medications from the left-hand menu.
- Click More Details next to the medication you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Order, and then select Yes.
After you cancel, you will get an email confirmation and your payment method will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days.
