Blink has two different refund policies: one for pickup orders and one for free home delivery orders. For pickup orders, Blink purchases are 100% refundable until the medication is filled at the pharmacy. Go to BlinkHealth.com/Account. Click on the medication you wish to cancel within the Your Medications tab and select "Cancel Order." You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and your payment method will be refunded within 5 business days. If you're using the mobile app, navigate to My Meds and select the medication you would like to cancel from your Active Purchases. Press the "Cancel purchase" button at the bottom of the screen.
