For retail pickup, your pharmacy needs your prescription to dispense your medication. Call the new pharmacy and request a prescription transfer. You can also provide the pharmacist with the original hard copy prescription (not a scan or photocopy).
For home delivery, Blink Health Pharmacy will need a copy of your prescription. You will need to coordinate with your doctor or pharmacy to transfer your prescription.
