How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any point up until it begins processing. To cancel:

1. Go to your account
2. Select More Details next to the prescription you want to cancel
3. Select Cancel Order and confirm Yes

After you cancel an order, you'll get an email confirmation and your payment method will be refunded in 3–5 business days.
