How do I cancel auto-refill?

You can cancel your order at any point up until it begins processing. To cancel:

1. Go to your account
2. Select More Details next to the prescription you want to cancel
3. Select Cancel Auto-Refill and confirm Yes

To get auto-refills again, place a new order and leave Auto-Refill On during checkout.
