What’s the difference between a subscription and auto-refill?

A subscription allows you to get an online consultation for a prescription and includes unlimited access to an online provider over chat (once you are prescribed). Subscriptions are available for select medications only.

Home delivery auto-refill is a free service that requires an existing prescription from your doctor. It does not include access to an online provider.
